Included in the monthly expenses, a weekly cleaning service of the bathrooms and common areas (kitchen, living room, balconies, corridors and washing machine/cleaning room).

Included: WiFi, Water, Heating, Service charges, Electricity, Gas and Waste collection.

The adjustment is the recalculation of actual consumption compared to what has already been paid in advance: it may result in an amount to be paid or a refund.
