The deposit is paid after signing the contract as a guarantee for the landlord and must be returned at the end of the contract.

Adjustment of extra expenses at the end of the month.

Included: Acqua, Riscaldamento, Condominium fees, Gas and Rifiuti.

Not included: Luce.

The balance adjustment is the recalculation of actual consumption costs compared to advance payments already made: it may result in an amount to pay or a refund.
