Deposit €100.00 per person returned at the end of the stay + return of keys.

Included: Water, Heating, Service charges, Electricity and Waste collection.

The adjustment is the recalculation of actual consumption compared to what has already been paid in advance: it may result in an amount to be paid or a refund.
