The deposit is paid after signing the contract as a guarantee for the landlord and must be returned at the end of the contract.

Deposit:<br /> 1 month for 6 month contracts<br /> 2 months for 12-18 month contracts

Included: Acqua, Riscaldamento and Condominium fees.

Not included: Luce, Gas and Rifiuti.

The balance adjustment is the recalculation of actual consumption costs compared to advance payments already made: it may result in an amount to pay or a refund.
