The deposit is paid after signing the contract as a guarantee for the owner and must be returned at the end of the contract.

Utilities

There is the possibility of renting a garage separately, 5 minutes walk away.

Included: Water, Heating and Condominium fees.

Not included: Light and Waste.

The adjustment is the recalculation of actual consumption compared to what has already been paid in advance: it may result in an amount to be paid or a refund.
