There is the possibility of renting a garage separately, 5 minutes walk away.

Included: Acqua, Riscaldamento and Condominium fees.

Not included: Luce and Rifiuti.

The balance adjustment is the recalculation of actual consumption costs compared to advance payments already made: it may result in an amount to pay or a refund.
