Finding a room is often complicated.
Finding the right people to share it with is even harder.
Different schedules, incompatible habits, shared spaces: it doesn’t take much for co-living to become difficult and negatively affect studying, work, and quality of life.
For this reason, YOST is developing a service focused on roommate compatibility, with the aim of not leaving shared living arrangements to chance.
A service under development
This is a service currently in the structuring phase, which will be progressively implemented and improved also based on real experience and user feedback.
The goal is to build, over time, a database that makes it possible to identify, as far as possible, compatible profiles.
How it works
Interested users will be required to complete a targeted questionnaire that collects information on:

- study or work schedules
- lifestyle
- expectations regarding co-living
Based on the information collected, YOST will be able to select potentially compatible profiles, with the aim of increasing the likelihood of a balanced co-living experience.
This process may be supplemented, where necessary, by a brief introductory interview.
Service activation
The service can be activated upon user request.
Following the completion of the questionnaire and any interview, YOST reserves the right to assess whether the conditions are in place to proceed with the activation of the service.
A support, not a guarantee
The service aims to improve compatibility between roommates but cannot guarantee the outcome of the co-living experience, which also depends on personal and interpersonal factors that are not always predictable.
YOST therefore positions itself as a support in the initial selection phase, without replacing the individual assessments of those directly involved.

The goal is not simply to fill a room, but to contribute—where possible—to creating favorable conditions for a peaceful and sustainable co-living experience over time..
